    • Nancy – thank you. In the Navy for Well Done we had a code which was Bravo Zulu and this code was sent out by Flag Hoist or by radio communications morse code for example and eventually it became part of the language for a job well done. A senior officer would send a Bravo Zulu to you. Senior ship to junior ship or from admiralty to any ship or establishment. A little bit of Naval lore lol
